• 12.7. Notices: Unless otherwise stated in this User Agreement, notices to one party shall be in writing and submitted in person, by e-mail (except when sending notice to us regarding a legal process), by fax or by prepayment, to you at the address you provided us, or to us at our head office.

2. Purchase of Products

• 2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to buy a Product. Before you can make a purchase you must register and create an account with TagDeal.
• 2.2 By pressing the button "Buy Now" you send a request to TagDeal to buy the Product. The purchase is, however, not completed until you have received an e-mail from TagDeal with a confirmation that your offer has been accepted. 3. Use of a Product

4. Repentance (and exceptions), Refund and Problems

• 4.1 You have a statutory right to cancel your purchase of the Product within 14 calendar days after the day you received the e-mail with confirmation ("Period for cancellation of Product"). Please note that, in order to avoid doubt, this section also applies to all "Direct Offers".

• 4.4 If you redeem your Product, but the Merchant does not properly provide you with the Product Offer, or if you have a complaint regarding the provision of the Product Offer, you must first turn to TagDeal so we will assist you in the case against the Business Owner who is ultimately responsible for the brokerage and / or the provision of the Product Offer. TagDeal transfers the transaction. If you and the Business Owner do not reach an agreement regarding the complaint, TagDeal, at your request, may try to solve the problem between you and the Business Owner.
• 4.5 If TagDeal is not informed in advance of any other, all cash repayments will be paid to you via your original payment method. If your original payment method has been terminated, expired or otherwise changed, you must immediately inform the customer service via support@tagdeal.co.uk. If you do not do this and you receive a refund to your original payment method, you may need to coordinate with your bank or your provider of payment services to obtain your refund. TagDeal will not provide more than one refund.
• 4.6 You have 30 days from the date you received the refund on you to reject it. If you do not reject the refund within these 30 days, the repayment is considered complete and final settlement of all claims you may have against TagDeal related to, arising from, or in connection with the Product in question.

5. Responsibility for the Product Offer

• 5.1 Please note that the Merchant, and not TagDeal, is:
• 5.1.1 seller, broker and / or supplier of the Product Offer;
• 5.1.2 party entering into agreement with the Product Holder when the Product is purchased; and
• 5.1.3 responsible for providing the Product Holder with the Product Offer and for the Product Offer itself

6. TagDeals Service Standard and Responsibility

• 6.1 TagDeal promises to:
• 6.1.1 Take reasonable precautions and skills when performing obligations under these Terms of Sale;
• 6.1.2 Products are of satisfactory quality and suitable for their purposes; and
• 6.1.3 do not violate requirements for fairness and good practice.
• 6.2 TagDeal is always responsible for: (a) death and personal injury caused by TagDeal's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent conduct thereof; (c) any implied contractual terms that cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
• 6.3 In addition to what is stated in section 6.2 above, TagDeal is not liable for any other losses or damages you may suffer, including any indirect or following losses.
• 6.4 TagDeal does not promise the completeness, appropriateness or legality of the Product Offer. TagDeal is not responsible for the quality, safety, usability or any other aspect of the Product Offer
• 6.5 TagDeal is not liable for any breach of obligations in these Terms of Sale where it is incapable of performing its obligations for any reason other than its reasonable control.
• 6.6 In addition to the liability arising from Section 6.2, which is unlimited, TagDeal's liability to you under no circumstances exceeds the sum of 200% of the purchase cost of the Product.

8. Other

• 8.1 If you violate these Terms of Sale and TagDeal does not take action against you, this does not mean that TagDeal has waived its rights and remedies regarding your violation. Return unwanted goods:

You have 14 days to cancel your contract from the day you or a third party you specify receives the product, unless the product is not subject to a right of withdrawal. The product must be sent to the selling company within 14 days from the announcement that you have terminated the agreement.
